The hotel room was comfortable, clean, and updated with nice bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for sightseeing. The hotel provided USB plugs for charging devices.

I was kinda surprised by the modernity and cleanliness of the room at Up Congreso. The bathroom was well-equipped and the overall facilities were great. The location of the hotel was also convenient for exploring the city. The friendly and helpful staff made my stay more fun. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Buenos Aires.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were great too assist me throughout my entire visit. They were compassionate and considerate, providing excellent customer service until the very last day. The hotel is located in a great area, close to the central town and super close to all the main sites. It's basically in the city center, very convenient for exploring. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were great. Transportation options were easily accessible from this location, making it even more convenient.

We stayed at a hotel near the city center and it was so convenient. We could easily walk to all the main sites and there was a charming cafe named "Martinez" nearby. The room was updated and comfortable, with nice bathrooms. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, making our visit even better. The hotel had an elevator, which was a plus. a great location and pleasant stay.
The walls were a bit thin and we could occasionally hear some noise from other guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout. The location in a reasonably low priced area was a bonus, with plenty of amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable with double beds, and basic amenities were provided. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.
All was ok, but the hotel could benefit from improving the soundproofing in the rooms.
